My name is Patricia and I
have been breeding Yorkies for a few years. I started with Yorkies and
then I
fell in love with the Biewers. We are a home
breeder and my puppies are raised in our home as part of our family. We
do
crate train them, so that they have their own quiet place to rest.
Breeding
is our passion, our puppies are born right here at home. W care for our
adults..
we give a good quality food along with daily NUVET vitamins a human
grade
vitamins.
All moms have x-rays before birth to ensure the
puppies have no complications, our babies will come pre-spoiled and
well
socialized with my children and other household pets. We do not raise/breed
T-cups or Breed
T-cup to T-cup to get T-cups. They have many health issues problems.
Our
Yorkies are standard size 4 to 7 lbs…. just our males are tiny 3 to 4
lbs. They
carry the small genes. Sometimes we do
have Teacup Yorkie puppies with precious teddy bear and babydoll faces
which
makes them so desirable. My yorkies have little bodies, beautiful shiny
coats
and lovely dispositions.
All our puppies are purebred registered with
IBC/AKC OR CKC REG, up to date with shots and wormings since 2 weeks
old and
every 2 weeks after.We start potty training with pee pads when they are
about 6
weeks old.Here at mybabyyorkiepaws we provide quality,home raised
puppies when
they go home with you they will be pre-spoiled,socialized,
healthy,vaccinated,vet checked and dewormed.We also send them home with
sample
of puppie food Natural Balance,or Royal Canine, with no corn fillers,

My
fur babies come with contract and 1 year health guarantee. I do take
deposits
for those who want to have the pick of the litter which I highly
recommend to
hold the puppy until they're ready to go at 8 weeks of age. Some of my
puppies
will go at 12 to 14 weeks….all depends on the size of the puppy. The
deposit is
$400… its just to ensure you have a hold on your choice of pup. I do
have a
deposit contract as well to ensure each party. The prices for my
puppies vary
depending on the breed, size, color, pet, breeding and registrations.
We
care about our pets if a puppy is born with something wrong that is
life
threatening due to a genetic defect and we don't detect it, you will
have 72
hours- 3 days in which to get the baby checked by your own vet. This
does not
include hypoglycemia,worms, adult size/weight, conformation,
reproductive
ability, testicles descending, potty training, erect ears, improper
bite, hernias
or temperament. This guarantee covers heritary disease for one year.
This
guarantee is for replacement only. With a written statement from your
vet
stating the problem, bring your puppy back and we will give you the
next
available litter of the breeder choice due of equal value.

do have payment plans when the puppy is newborn, you can place a
deposit and
make a payments weekly, or every 2 - 3 weeks until the puppy is ready
to go at
10 - 14 weeks of age. Payment plan doesn't apply if the puppy is over 4
months
old. ***
